I want to make causality visible.

I ensure the safety of autonomous systems. And I’m a chess player. What connects the two? A very specific way of thinking. It’s about long-term strategy, analytics, and understanding causal relationships. Instead of chasing quick wins, chess requires understanding how a situation evolves over time. For me, it’s about making causality visible. That applies to the automotive industry and is also extremely important in major fields like green tech.

I have no interest in accepting the status quo — not in our minds, not in our projects.

I want to challenge the status quo and improve our working methods. I’m something like an arranger who brings together different topics and skills in just the right way. In my role, I combine technical expertise with consulting, a highly effective hybrid. My ideal scenario: a work atmosphere where everyone truly knows why they do what they do — and where networks grow stronger and more active, within the company and outward toward clients.

No idea shall stay caged in the mind.

All game-changing ideas are just abstract thoughts at first. To make them fly, you need to be fearless. And you also need to explain them, make them tangible. That is exactly what rapid prototyping can do. It gets more people passionate about ideas - even the ones, that seem weird at first. The result is great collaboration and the birth of relevant tech products, that solve actual problems. I love technology, I think it is sheer possibility.

I love IT

As an Agile Coach, the fruits of my work are very abstract. It’s not like earlier, when I was programming. I help systems — meaning different elements that are interconnected and influence each other — work toward shared goals. A compliment I once received sums it up very well: “I don’t know what you do, but it works.”
