01 Development of virtual components
Physical systems and components are transformed into virtual, physics-based models and embedded either individually or in a network of component models within a simulation environment.
Depending on the application, digital twins of real systems are created with a high level of detail.
02 Modular SIL Architecture
Connecting virtual vehicle components with restbus models and virtual ECUs (Levels 1–4). Scalable for cloud applications. Modularized for various tool combinations (dSPACE, Synopsys, IPG).
03 Modular HIL Architecture
Connecting virtual vehicle components with real hardware within real-time capable test instances.
Modular system architecture allows easy addition of hardware and software components to the test setup.
Full remote operation of test instances is possible.
04 Verification and Validation
Verification & validation of components and the connected overall system. This ensures correct implementation (verification) and confirms the simulation quality for the intended test application (validation), using real or synthetic data.
