• General Questions

  Are the job postings up-to-date?

  The job postings on our website are always current and still available. We look forward to your application. If you check our open positions regularly and see postings that have been listed for a while, it’s likely because we are looking for multiple candidates for that role. Once a position has been filled, it will no longer be displayed.

  What’s the best time to apply?

  You can apply anytime! We recommend sending in your application about three months before you’d like to start, so we have time to prepare a great onboarding experience. We try to keep our process quick and efficient, so we don’t usually need a lot of notice. If you have a longer notice period at your current job, that’s perfectly fine – we can discuss your availability during the application process and work something out.

  Can I submit an open ended application?

  Yes – if you haven’t found a suitable position, you are welcome to apply speculatively. Our recruiters know the needs within our TechHub and can match them with your application. For an optimal match, please ensure your application clearly highlights your motivation. Specifically, we want to know what area you’d like to work in, what your strengths are, and where you see your career going. You can do this by including detailed bullet points in your resume or by writing a cover letter.

• Questions about the application

  How do I apply at TechHub by efs?

  It’s very simple and only takes a few minutes. Just click on the position that interests you in our job listings, scroll down a bit, and click the ‘Apply Now’ button. Then, you’ll fill out the application form, provide us with a few necessary details, and submit your application with the final click of ‘Send Application’. Please understand that due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we cannot accept applications via post or email.

  Which documents should I submit?
  We’re interested in your career history – please upload your complete resume with detailed bullet points for relevant work experience, as well as your certificates (high school/university diplomas, employment references, and proof of other practical experience and further training) to our system. A cover letter is not strictly required.

  Where are my application documents stored, and for how long?

  We treat your data strictly confidentially and store it in a protected database in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). After the application process is completed, your data will be stored in our system for a maximum of six months and then deleted. If you would like to be added to our applicant pool and explicitly consent, this period may be extended. Would you like your data to be deleted? We will of course do so at any time.

• Technical Questions

  I’m getting an error message when uploading documents. What’s the reason?

  Your documents may be in the wrong format. We only accept documents as PDF files (maximum 4 MB per file). If the problem persists, please contact our recruiting colleagues. You can send them an email at karriere@efs-techhub.com.

  I can’t access the online application. What should I do?

  If the online application is unavailable, there may be a technical issue. We are working to resolve it quickly and ask that you try again later. If the error persists, please contact our recruiting colleagues by email (karriere@efs-techhub.com) .
